How I lightened my acne scars ?

Image
Writing after so long, but this post demanded patience. Because it is how I cleared my acne scars. Okay, so as I had mentioned earlier in my previous post that I had changed my skincare routine as suggested by my dermatologist, so fortunately I am done with my acne, and acne is done with me I guess. Because now I have no more acne. Until last month only the scars were left, which have lightened considerably now. There are definitely a few left, but a huge difference . So here I am, highlighting what all worked for me to fade my acne scars in around a month's time. Let's get started. So the first and topmost thing that made the huge difference is a product called Revize Micro 0.025% Gel . It is basically a retinoid, which is a form of Vitamin A. It works by peeling off dead skin cells from your face quickly and stimulating cell turnover. Quicker cell turnover opens your pores, releasing the trapped bacteria that is causing your acne. Dermatologist recommended this face wash for severe chin acne !!!

So recently I started breaking out badly on my lower face, mainly around chin and jawline. I contemplated it as hormonal acne, and tried my remedies and treatments. But nothing worked. I got my hormonal tests done, and they came out to be normal. This gave me one new lesson- every chin and jawline acne is not Hormonal !!! I have used Ahaglow earlier, and that was okayish. It dried out my skin, so I did not like it.  Sta

Since i have acne prone and extremely sensitive skin, I cannot exfoliate my skin like others do. I exfoliate on a weekly basis to keep my pores clear. Because clogged pores will ultimately lead to acne.  While dealing with acne, you cannot rub your skin against harsh and rough scrubs. Hence people tend to believe that people with acne can’t and should not exfoliate. But thats not true. Now, before you run off and grab your SCRUB, you need to know how and with what to exfoliate sensitive, acne and breakout prone skin. Exfoliation is extremely important in the treatment of acne. Don't ever think that acne prone skin can't be exfoliated. If you have exfoliated earlier and that has increased your breakouts, YOU MIGHT BE USING WRONG PRODUCTS FOR EXFOLIATION. Acne-causing bacter
